"Absolutely horrible for taking advantage of seniors who need help and they raise their rent $250 a month with 2 week notice. They can't afford that! The apartments are not anything to rave about! Old ,outdated ,small small"

"I’m livid, as MOST of these Seniors are on a Fixed income and they just raised my poor Dad’s rent to $250 more per month!!!!!!!!! Unjustified!!!!!! What happens to those that can’t come up with that high of an increase monthly. Starve, because they need a safe place to live. This is unacceptable!!!!"

"Moved my Dad in here a few years ago, at the beginning it was great, the coordinator was great. Recently they have had trouble keeping up with keeping the sidewalk clear of snow. Rent has also raised a tremendous amount, not nice to raise it 20% in a single year!"

"My sister lives there has disabilities and a scooter to get around this place fully handicap accessible. With small patios and 2 bedrooms nice kitchen shared 1st floor laundry."

"Parking is horrible, there is only 1 elevator for all 4 floors of seniors they have packed into this facility. I can't even imagine what would happen in the event of a fire for the disabled on the upper floors. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and floors, no privacy at all. Many rude residents in this facility."
