"Within 24 hrs my manicure was almost completely ruined - over priced and unwelcoming environment"
"HORRIBLE! Don't waste your money or time. I was in Eastview Mall and went in on a whim. No one looked up when I walked in (only 2 customers in the entire place, so it wasn't busy). I had to walk to a station and get the young lady's attention. Even then, she barely looked up from her phone. Unintelligible, mumbled, and not one tiny smile. Unwelcome. I should have left right then. She did a very mediocre job and kept checking her phone. Rude. It was the worst experience ever at a nail salon."

"They are very inconsistent at best. Yesterday I got a gel manicure and it's already chipping in less than 24 hours.. The last time I was there the technician was wonderful and the manicure lasted for weeks. This time the technician spoke to the girl next to her the whole time and they were both very rude to the customer beside me."
"My daughter and I came on Sunday to get full sets. On Monday I was back because my thumbs gel polish peeled off. Tuesday they peeled off and forward to today…I have broken and peeling nails!! I always get acrylics with dip powder and this salon refused because “makes them too thick”. Oh and they decided I needed a neck and shoulder massage and hand massage. I have arthritis and sore hands and neck so I was upset they did not ask if they could hit and beat on me!!"
