Amherst Glen Senior Apartments, also known as Silvertree Seniors of Amherst, is an independent living retirement community for seniors over the age of 62 located in Amherst, New York. Our community is affordable, secure, and welcoming, with rent based on income to allow residents to live comfortably within their financial means. The affordable rent includes amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite T.V., and heat.
Our property consists of three apartment buildings, each housing fifty units, surrounded by beautiful foliage and landscaped grounds for a peaceful atmosphere. All 150 apartments offer the same floor plan and amenities, with one bedroom apartments measuring 520 square feet - the perfect size for comfortable retirement living.
Residents can enjoy a community room for activities and events with neighbors, as well as a patio for relaxing with friends. Our experienced on-site staff and 24-hour maintenance ensure that residents have excellent accommodations and support.
