"Highly recommend!! I've been a resident here for 5 months and have had a great experience living here thus far. The office staff, specifically, Marlo at Bevilacqua & Associates, made the transition here and the moving in process so easy. Before moving to Lymstone Lofts, my wife and I were living in CT and were unable to view the apartment in person. Marlo went above and beyond by sending us a video walk through of the building and the apartment! Needless to say, we fell in love with the place. Upon moving in, we had to put in a few service requests. Submitting the service requests was an easy online process, and the repairs were handled promptly and efficiently. Management has been all around great with communication: answering emails, updates on building maintenance and expectations. They were also great with getting plows to clear out the parking lot this past winter (and as you all know, we got a lot of snow!). My small complaint is, because the apartment windows face the parking lot, we were often woken up by the sound of the plows at 3am but we dealt with it for the greater good. All my neighbors have been very friendly, we have no complaints of anyone being too loud. This building always looks clean and the smell of the Woodhouse Spa in the entry is an added bonus! One more SMALL complaint that does not warrant a lower star review because we love it here: as a resident you are unable to choose your own internet or cable provider because Bevilacqua & Associates have contracts with Verizon Fios and Direct TV. In turn, a monthly service fee is added to the rent. If it were up to us, we would not have cable because we don't watch enough television to justify the cost and would have gone with another internet provider. However, I understand management's reasoning and can see how this set-up would make things easier for some residents."
