"Poor management. Never a notification on projects being done. When you call management, the secretary just laughs and says "I thought I sent it out" Plowing is horrendous."

"My parents live here. They bought a condo about three or four years ago. Whoever does their plowing needs to find a new occupation. This place is never plowed and it is never salted. They pay an HOA fee and the HOA is supposed to take care of plowing and salting and making sure they can get out of their homes in the winter. I was considering buying a unit. I'll take my money elsewhere if this is how the HOA takes care of their residents. Take the money but they don't put any money back out. Shame"
