Liberty Square Apartments

"I can’t speak for the new property manager but the previous ones were terrible. They really didn’t care about this place. The biggest problem here is the maintenance staff who DONT DO ANYTHING! I saw a previous review that they also had mold problems, we did too! We lived at this location over 2 years and every request we’ve made to maintenance gets reviewed for a week and then says “complete” on their site. Multiple requests have been made over the 3 leaks in our apt. We started getting frequent headaches. I moved a bookshelf and there was mold all over the carpet and up the bookshelf, ruining it. The workers said “we’ll get a guy next week” to fix the leak, they never did. This is a health hazard. These apartments are not taken care of. It needs new cabinets and appliances. Our toilet doesn’t flush properly, our stove doesn’t cook food all the way. Burners only cook on one side. The dishwasher leaves food residue no matter how often we clean it. These appliances are from 1972, over 50 years ago! They’re not holding up well. The floors need to be redone too! There is a hole in my floor with rotting wood that’s been there all this time! I brought this up upon move in and nothings been done. The walls have patch jobs that aren’t painted over that makes the place look trashy. We really wanted this place to work. Loved the location, the neighborhood, our neighbors have been great! But we can’t stand this any longer and aren’t risking our health anymore. This is the last time we rent a place that’s stuck in the 70s, they’re ALWAYS bad. They raised the rent $200 for the newcomers replacing us. I do not recommend living here."

"My fiance and I moved into Liberty Square in June of 2017 and I would recommend the community to anyone interested! Lee Eyrick, the Property Manager, is very professional and attentive to all of our needs as residents. The move in process was great - the apartment had been updated and was spotless. Ongoing maintenance has been easy as well, Lee is quick to respond to any questions and Jim, the Maintenance Supervisor is friendly and always available. We plan to renew our lease this upcoming year due to the high level of service we have received from Lee - thank you!"

"I moved to Liberty Square in June 2016. I cannot give the Company or the Property a higher rating. The transition was seamless and as convenient as could be possible. The Property Manager Lee and Maintenance Spvr Jim have been nothing less than stellar and accommodating addressing my needs and managing the property as a whole. I've been a homeowner and an apartment dweller over the last 35 years and again i could not be happier I chose Liberty Square as a residence and i look forward to at least a couple more years as a tenant. I highly recommend the Company, the Property and the staff."

"Liberty Square Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lee, the apartment manager will go out of his way to help in anyway he can and is very understanding and reasonable. I would highly recommend Liberty Square apartments for your next home. The apartment is extremely clean, as they shampoo the carpet and repaint the walls when a new tenant moves in. The other residents are polite and friendly. I have never had any problems with any residents and the apartments are very quiet as the walls are insulated well. I am sad to move and would stay longer, but my fiance found a job in Florida so we must move. The maintenance is on call 24/7 and will always arrives in a short amount of time. Pick Liberty Square's as your next apartment. I promise you will not regret it."
