"I love living here. Besides having a huge room and living space there is also tons of room for my dog cooper as well. The staff is super friendly. Despite what others have said the shuttle is running and we can order packages. Even during the first weeks when this was a slight issue, we were allowed to send our packages to an office on campus and the staff would come deliver them themselves, which helped us get to know them more too. Some staff also helped bring kids to a from school (like myself). I have had the pleasure of getting to join Aspens team after move in and can say just from working on the inside now that truly everyone goes above and beyond. We come up with lots of contest and activities for the other residents to win prizes, like $100 gift cards and food. We’ve had taco parties and chick fil a and subs. Really everything is amazing here. From a resident and a worker I couldn’t recommend a better place."

"Beautiful and convenient new apartment complex near UB's North Campus! We have had such a wonderful experience, in all of the apartments we've gone through in Buffalo and dealing with different leasing agents I can say that by far Emily is 100% THE BEST! She is extremely personable, does everything she can to look at the situation and find the best possible outcome and you can tell that she really cares about the tenants. Move-in day was a blast, we were worried it was going to be a crowded mess waiting for keys but not at all, the process was seamless. They even offered the whole family coffee or a smoothie and they brought in Chick-fil-A for lunch. If there was anything wrong with your apartment they fixed it, cleaned it, whatever the case may be. That was the day we met Charles too, their maintenance man, who is also amazing, super friendly and loves to help! They've really put together a great team here. Of course the apartments are new so they're super nice, but in comparison to the other apartment complexes we've rented at, these are also bigger, laid out better and have much better storage space. I might add that if you haven't seen already, they are pet friendly, check out their Instagram, you'll see many pics of our fur-baby loving life there with our student! Those who posted negatively to begin with should have waited, if you signed a lease here while under construction, you knew what you were getting into, nothing in the construction world goes on schedule and Aspen has gone above and beyond to rectify this by offering different rooms, lease concessions, all kinds of "freebies"."
