"Racist management. Never gave me my security deposit they have 1960's. Appliances green color 4 gallon toilet bathtubs are awful management doesn't show up to fix any thing floors are so thin anyone can hear walking upstair or downstairs even snores. Lived in so many apartments in my life that was the most badly managed apartment i have ever seen. Thanks god i don't live there anymore."

"I lived here for 2 years and was not happy with their customer service. At one point my apartment was flooding from the rain and they said there was nothing they could do and didn't even offer fans or to suck up the water. Another time there was a ceiling leak and while they did fix it it took over a week where I had cabinets on the floor and a large hole covered in cheap plastic. While working on it they also left the door cracked while no workers were there and I came home late one evening to find my apartment left open and unoccupied. Luckily nothing was stolen and they gave me a gift card but this is still unacceptable. Upon moving out they told me if I hired my own cleaning company and found a better deal they wouldn't charge me for the move out cleaning fee and then when presented with the receipt said they would no longer honor what they said. One final note is that I do not find the apartments to be safe, there are no locks on the doors to get into the apartment and I had multiple issues with solicitors including one who tried to come into my apartment by force who was stopped by the chain. Living on a bottom floor you will also hear every step made by the individuals living above you."

"Crestmount apartments are managed by the same manager as Embassy Square Apartments (not Embassy Apartments). I have stayed here for four and a half years and every time I needed something to be fixed, it was fixed the day of, or the next day. I lived in a one bedroom and it was enough space for one person. It also had plenty of storage space. I believe all the 1-bd are half underground, which I actually like, because in the summer, I don't even need to use the AC. The heat in the winter is very warm and is included in rent. Very rarely does the hot water get used up, but if too many tenants use it at once, then you wait 30 mins. Parking is never an issue. I choose here instead of other apartments because I didn't want carpets and the hardwood floors here are very easy to clean. I didn't interact with the apartment managers much, but Dina and Andrew were reasonable to work with. I did break my lease early, and their policy is very good compared to other places, so I am super happy about it. Being close to the 290 makes shopping super easy, and since I work 5 mins away, I have no complaints about the location. There's also a nice walking trail nearby now. All in all, I have good memories of the place and would recommend staying here."

"avoid those apts next to the highway, too much noise day and night. They trick me on the last day to check out, the guy said I will get all my security deposit back, then asked me to sign the empty form, which I should have taken a photo as proof afterwards. Then weeks later, they turn a round wrote all kinds of damages on the copy of that form that I signed, saying I admitted the damages costed all the deposit, but you know my signature is a copy and their addition is real handwriting on that copy. Forge signature is a criminal charge. Police did not press charge saying the person who did that no longer work there. Well, the last thing I can do is share my experience so no one else will waste time and money here."

"I've lived here for two years and the sour overpowers the sweet. 6 apartments....1 washer dryer that costs about $3.25 per load to wash and dry. Dryer is so old it takes 2 cycles to dry. Other tenants are not considerate and will not remove clothes promptly (I'm talking it takes 2 hours to remove clothes from washer). Lease says 2 spots per 2 bedroom apartment....no true. There are 12 spots for 2 buildings. Many kids so it can be loud. In my 2 years they have been through 4 managers. They don't seem to care about anything but getting rent. The AC's are old so get ready to pay a lot during the summer. Walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear your neighbors yell....or pee. Bathrooms are a hideous color. It takes a few calls for them to fix something. Quite a few college kids who don't care about their neighbors. Not a great living experience and glad to be moving soon."
