"My mother took her tax info to Cheryl Mcnear on April 3. I called numerous times on the last day to file taxes, April 18, and the tax return was not completed and she said, " I thought you were going to make an appointment. What do you want me to do now? Do you think you are going to get a refund?' The taxes were not done! Cheryl Mcnear never told us to make another appointment. This is our first time using H&R block. Not professional at all. Now my mom might be penalized for not having her taxes filed on time."
