"I live here. Maintenance, one man, is way behind, but one person cannot possibly keep up. There is a serious dust issue throughout the building. If you are allergic, as I am, it is likely to cause problems. Some apartments are very small and some quite large. If you truly need a bit more space say so at interview. I did not and have 4 birds and cages in a very small apartment. Former manager has recently been replaced. New onsite manager is very friendly and seems willing to help where possible. That is a big change from the former manager who had no interpersonal skills at all. Time will tell. Otherwise, it can be a decent place to live."
"Owned by slumlords out of NJ. Garbage isn’t picked up because the bill isn’t paid; the office phone bill isn’t always paid so no one can get in touch with the person in the office. The intercom system doesn’t always work so physical therapists, cable repair technicians, phone repair technicians, medication deliveries cannot be delivered. The property manager will not let any outside activities come in for the tenants. If she had her way, she would keep us all locked inside our apartments! Think twice about moving in here."
"The maintenance is very poor, sidewalks and parking lot not even cleaned out or snowblowed, people in the building are shoveling entrance ways so medical personnel can get in the building, very ridiculous, this place holds a lot of elderly and handicapped people."
