"I’m very disappointed with Jackson Hewitt this last couple of years . When I was in PA never had this problem . Last year they made a mistake on my taxes and put me as single and no head of household and they send my taxes all the way in September of last year . Then they did a amendment and did it so wrong that they denied my taxes because they send it regular taxes again instead of a amendment that’s why it took so long . They thought I was tying to make a duplicate when it was just trying to do a amendment. Then this year I went because I been with them 8 yet and everything should be easy that well it wasn’t Maria didn’t even put my charity contribution and I told her about it I can even show her prove that I do that and she told me she did but I downloads the taxes paperwork and she lied . Then she didn’t put her name on my paperwork . She was up to no good because why would she lied to the irs ?! Why not be honest with. Me ? I would never go back here"

"Extremely dissatisfied! I was informed that I would receive rapid refund next business day. However I did not receive any payment. In addition, the person preparing my taxes scheduled me that week to pay a balance on Federal Taxes. However, when I informed her a few days later to stop the payment. She was incompetent! She did not resolve the matter. Funds were withdrawn from my personal account the following week. Nevertheless, I have not received any tax refund. I do not recommend this location! Staff is not properly trained in tax preparation and extremely expensive!"
