"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I spent 2 days making sure the apartment was perfect so i could get my security deposit back. The head of maintenance did a walkthrough with me and said the apartment was perfect and all that they were going to do was shampoo the carpets. I got a bill for 1,333.00 to replace all of the carpets. They are liars, thieves, and scammers. Dont waste your money they are absolutely horrible."

"Did not give security deposit back, made me pay extra on top of the security deposit after leaving and then sent the same bill to me again 4 months after we had already moved out and paid the bill from the first one. There is a guy that always goes through the trash bins. Someone put a screw driver in the back bumper of my car and another time broke into my car...there is no security or cameras water leaved from the tip floor persons bathroom into my bathroom causing the ceiling to bubble out. They fixed it but never painted over that part and just left it as is. There was black mold growing on the tub that I kept complaining about but they never resolved that issue. The tub would not drain properly. People would try to open our door in the middle of the night. We were never told that we were going to be living above a water heater so our apartment was always too hot. My wife could never go for walks because there was always creepy guys following her around. The apartments are too small and not worth the money."

"The apartments are fine. The women in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guys are nice. Some of the neighbors are really not great at all but that's also not the complex's fault."

"Living here was a mistake, you should avoid it at all cost. There was no parking ever. The cops were there for domestics on a weekly basis. Gross stuff is always on the sidewalks and grass. Management didn't enforce any kind of pet clean up so it smells like feces all the time. Property management didnt plow, didn't salt sidewalks, didn't come to fix anything in a timely manor. The office people are rude when you call and are rarely there when supposed to be open. The laundry rooms are awful, the machines don't get all the soap off and the dryers leave the clothing wet. It smells like mildew in the lower floors. Truly the worst apartment complex you could pick to live in."
