Bravo Deck & Rail Supply and Bravo Pellets & Grills

"Stopped in store to look at railings, found the railing I liked Key Link.Gave Adam the specific's (measurements) on what I needed.He gave me a verbal estimate I asked if could have a written estimate, after all I have gotten two from previous deck shops, he said they don't give written estimates, so I asked if he could write down what he quoted which he did. A couple of days later I made a decision go with Bravo and went into store to put a deposit down. Adam was there and said that I didn't need to put a deposit down that it was in stock and when I need it just come back and purchase it. About a week later my contractor calls tells me he'll be there to do the job tomorrow.I go down to Bravo that day , Adam tells me they don't have all my material in stock, won't be in stock for at least another week, he'll call. No call from Adam , I call a week later he says rails in. I go down pay for my order, pay his sister and make arrangements that my contractor will be picking up order in the morning which was no problem, no Adam. Railing gets installed they finish and it's dark. I go away the day, come back and I'm looking at the railing saying that's what I think I wanted. Happen to be driving by the store stopped in, Adam was there I said the railing doesn't look & feel right it hurts my hand,( when looking for "the" railing I wanted I tested out the feel of it)he shouted out to me it was the trek signature you ordered. I came back the day with notes and his price he had written down with Key Link estimate on the yellow piece of paper he had written it on. Well,what was about to happen I never would imagine anyone in business would behave. He starting accusing me coming into the store three times which I did and changing my mind which I didn't. The three times I came back(1) I wanted to make deposit, (2)came to pay for material and it was out of stock and (3) was to place order & pay for it. During this time when he kept repeating the same thing about me coming back to store three times which I was agreeing and wanted to explain he interrupted me four times the I finally said CAN I FINISH WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY, when he tells me I'm rude and to get out of the store. And then to top matters off he says if you took the railing down and wanted the Key Link I wouldn't sell it to you. I was in total disbelief to what I was hearing & realizing what kind of person I was dealing with I replied I just came in to see if there was a solution like changing the top part of the rail to a more rounded rail. There are other railing & deck stores around!"

"57 years in the business, this is the most incompetent supplier I have ever dealt with. Every day you get a new story. They claim to be a stocking dealer and have the material in stock. Today's story is the material hasn't arrived yet and it might be delivered Wed. (2 days from now). Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many dealers near them. Maybe they should stick to the pellet business as they seem lost in the deck business. This is a response to their reply.: I didn't buy the material. The customer did. LIAR! What a pathetic operation."

"First off I called to make sure they have it. Told me the have over 1000ft of the color and deck board I was looking for. He confirmed that he had it. So I asked for the them have it ready for me. He said no because he got burn too many times. So I asked for his name he told me it was John. When I got there and asked for John he had no clue what I was talking about and said that I must of talked to Adam. John walk out to the yard and told me they can’t get to it because it is all iced up. As anyone would I started complaining because it took me 30 mins to get there when he told me they had it and could get to it. So the guy “Adam” told me to get out of his store. What is said is that during the call he knows that I am a contractor. Great way to do business! Keep up the good work!"

"First off they gave my wife an extremely hard time filling the order. Then they required me to fill out a form for authorization for my wife to use my credit card. They would not let her use hers. My computer wasnt working at the time so it was a huge inconvenience. They then refused to deliver the order. When I looked at my bank account I found out they had charged my card. Horrible people. Stay away!"
