"Poor customer service and as for their return policy there is a sign that reads 20% restocking fee. But that does not apply to everything. After purchasing three boxes of stock brick which when I got home did not match my wall I tried to return thinking, ok I would have to pay 20% restocking fee but when I got there he said no refund on brick at all.....brand new in the box...I don’t understand the business etiquette of this company. You just lost a customer...... .... my point exactly, it’s posted on the invoice after the purchase is made, sales staff should have explained the no return policy instead of having me purchase the whole order after I explained I was unsure of the color to begin with.."
