Then they wouldn’t take it back on a Friday afternoon and I had to pay for new Equiptment 2 times. Will be calling headquarters on the manager himself."
"Came here to pick up a simple HVAC hose adapter - not freon or anything of that nature - they refused to sell to me after 15 minutes of asking around - management finally told me they could not assist due to my not “being in the business” The fact that all the employees are not on the same page tells me they make exceptions to their “rule”. I went 10 minutes down the road to Nassau HVAC and got my parts with NO hassle."

"Kept me waiting outside for 40min. I had to call them so that they could tell me they wouldn't serve me due to me not being a contractor. I wasn't purchasing coolant or anything. Just things I couldn't buy at home depot. Really bad way of doing business. BTW it might just be this location. I have been to other locations without incident. This also happened during the COVID 19 crisis. So I had to order from outside."
