"I just finished a renovation and needed tiles for five bathrooms. Esperanza at Genrose was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and really walked me through this process. I had gone to other stores before landing here, and found the selection and way it’s presented to be so helpful (some tile stores look like warehouses). Esperanza took out the stress from designing/choosing tiles/grouts. Delivery fees were reasonable (some other stores were ridiculous — ask about this before shopping for tiles… some places are ridiculous!) Delivery was quick, Esperanza was responsive. The warehouse (Jaime) was also great. Warmly recommend. They are , hands down, the BEST. There’s also convenient parking in the back."

My budget changed a couple of times during the process but she was always considerate about my indecisiveness ultimately guiding me to the choices I made. I travel from the south shore up to Manhasset passing many tiles stores but this is the store I will use for any future projects and would recommend this store to anyone."
