"I am still waiting to receive an itemized receipt (parts with model # & labor) for my payments which were provided very promptly as requested. When i placed the initial call for service I requested and was promised that a receipt would be emailed to me. I am the property owner but I live 1500 miles away and cannot be present for service. I would like to know exactly what I paid for, please!"
"Mike Harpin was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately we bought our AC and furnace through Warm and Fuzzy 3 years ago and NOCO bought them out. We are hoping that the previous company filled out the necessary paperwork and the AC problem will be under warranty, and NOCO will fix the problem at no cost to us. Either way that’s not Mike call. He was informative, honest and very professional in trying to do what he could for us. I guess we have to wait 24 hrs to find out the verdict."
"NOCO gave us a reasonable estimate on our boiler. A couple thousand less than the other estimates we obtained. The work performed was exceptional. Jake and his partner did a great job on installation. They were on time, very respectful, and answered all of our questions fully. They explained in detail how the whole system worked. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone."
