"I called ahead and got an appointment to repair 2 acrylic nails and change color. Instead of doing acrylic like I asked, the tech did dip powder. I think there’s only one person in there who knows how to do acrylic and I guess she didn’t feel like doing it cause she just hovered over us and kept trying to sell me on the dip powder and claimed that it’s acrylic. Idk what the issue was with doing what I asked for but that ruined the whole salon for me. If you can’t do what I ask for tell me, don’t start doing a whole different service. It’s not even like the dip powder worked well, it’s lifting off my nail now. Never going back in there."
