"I called for an appt and was given an appt. when I arrived was told that they are sorry, but they have no one! WHAT!? I made an appt and my name was vlearly written in the book. She said, yes I know but what would you like me to do? WHAT?! Its The morning of Christmas Eve! I made my appt yesterday! And they are asking me what would I would them to do! Ugh.. told them forget it! I will write my review on google and went elsewhere!!"

"Called ion Monday morning for an appt at 5:00, they asked me if I could come in earlier as they were busy. I got there at 4:40 for a pedicure, they took me in at 4:45 and there was nobody else getting in the place. My entire Pedicure was done at 4:57!!!! Seriously the girl rushed through it and was more concerned about her phone then customer service. I said that was the fastest pedicure I ever received she giggled and spoke in her language to the other girls as they all laughed. She said stay in the chair and let your toes try... she never came back to me, I took the paper shoes off and got out of the chair unwrapped my own toes and she never looked up from her phone. Never again will I go back, there was nail polish on the tops of my toes and you can see parts of my nail as she missed several spots. They are the worst!!!!! Beware they suck and talk about you!!! While I was there ONE other Woman came in just one, so you tell me why did I have to get there earlier.... They Suck!!!!!"
