"This was a horrible experience all around and I would give zero stars. You can see in my picture I got cut by the nail tech (Monica) because she was rushing and she kept looking elsewhere instead of her client, my nails, in front of her. I felt the sharp cut and it would not stop bleeding. She put some alcohol on it and tried blaming it on me having “thin skin” around my nails. I don’t have thin skin around my nails and this has never happened to me before at any other salon. She was being careless trying to rush me out and cut me with a sharp tool. This happened yesterday and every time I wash my hands the cut re-opens, stings and bleeds again even with a bandaid on. I hope their tools are clean and that I don’t get an infection. The worst part is that I got my nails done for my engagement party this weekend and she cut my left hand ring finger which will be photographed a lot. I also had to wait 40 minutes even though I had an appointment because they take walk-ins and disregard their appointments. I also had to tell them 3 times that I wanted gel and not regular nail polish because the tech that greeted me did not know the difference between regular nail polish, gel or powder dip. I kept saying I wanted gel and she looked at me confused and said she didn’t understand because she only knew about powder dip!!? Don’t go here, it’s horrendous. This was the first and last time for me."

"I was lucky to have Nancy and she was wonderful! I got a pedicure and gel manicure and I felt so pampered! Nancy took her time and would keep checking with me throughout to ask’is this okay’ or ‘do you like it like this’ which made me feel like she really cared about me and wanted to make sure I was happy with the mani/pedi…..and I was!!!"
