I brought my Stihl MS250 chainsaw into him because the saw was leaking bar oil (since it was new back in 2006) and now it was curving to the right while cutting and it was overheating. He analyzed it down to the chainsaw tooth, and solved all issues, while explaining the why and how to me when I picked it up! I very much appreciate his expert knowledge, and calm demeanor and I will always bring my outdoor power tools to them for service and repair!"
