"Very disgusting experience I had here! I just recently moved to East Meadow so I came here a couple of times but this recent time was absolutely disastrous and horrible ! Such a disappointment. I came to get a mani only, once the manicure was done I came to register to pay. I just came from the bank prior to me coming to the nail salon so I pulled out $100. Lol I have to laugh because it was just plain outrageous…. An older Asian lady looked at my $100 and said is this real? I was baffled and said excuse me? Not only did she go on about my money being fake but she had the nerve to go around to the customer’s and also ask them if my money look real then she proceeded to tell me “Its not that I don’t believe you I just have to make sure”. I even told her take the money up and put it towards the light it’s real!!! It was such an embarrassing moment and that worker should be ashamed of herself for being totally nasty and disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t dare step foot in that place ever again!!! I work too hard to even have anyone disrespect my hard earned money !!!! Very horrible establishment!!!!!!! If I could’ve given no stars I would’ve!!!!!!!"

"Giving an extra star for the Latino girl who works there which did the pedicure. Sunny tho on the other hand probably doesn’t know how to do a powder manicure. The shape of the nail she gives is terrible. She wont apply product to cover the whole nail. She’ll forget you have corners. She will get excess product all over your fingers and won’t even bother to clean it off. Even tho I asked, she didn’t remove the excess cuticles either. Lastly, she was very strict with what time I should go there but I ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes. Won’t go there again for sure. Don’t waste your money."

"Me and my wife have come here, for over a year now and we are truly happy that it’s very close to home too. Customer service is amazing and they always help us with a smile. My wife or I make an appointment and they help us as soon as we get there, definitely appointments recommend. Highly recommend!"

"It was my first time coming to Heavenly Nails. I was recommended by my co worker to try them out. I got a delicious mango spa pedi by Angela. She was very sweet and extremely thorough. I got a great service by Angela, and we had a very nice conversation while I was there. She gave me a relaxing massage and was into every detail with my pedi. I look forward to seeing her again."

"Such a heavenly place. I am so happy I found it through google maps!!! They have the massage chairs which you can use while getting a pedicure done. So it's like you get a free massage included. The chairs are of the high-scale and high-quality ones and do indeed do great massages. I love them! The environment at the salon is very relaxing and personnel is skilled and very attentive to all one's individual need(s). I also like to see owners/workers at the salon SMILING which makes you feel like a guest not like a burden to them. It really makes the atmosphere more welcoming, friendly and pleasant! Also last but not least - they use good quality materials for both gel and regular polish... because the polish (unlike many other places I have been to) doesn't peel or chip off after just a few days of getting my nails done. I can't wait to be back!!!"
