"The place is really unsanitary and the owners are quite pushy. Very over priced for the quality of the place and service. Their chairs were all ripped, the pedicure tubs were dirty and they don’t use plastic covering, not once did I see them using new tools/sterilizing them and their nail polish colors are very limited."

"If I could give no stars I would. Went here to get my nails done. The owner was taking soooooooo long to do them. I paid her and said I will come back the next day at 1:30pm whuch she agreed to. When I got there she was not there. I waited a whole half an hour for her. I asked for some of my money back sense she only did some of the work. She refused and said she'll only give me back 10 which I had paid her 40. The other lady tried to accommodate me by shaping my nails. Once we got to the color of gel I picked the day before. They had ran out. They only had about 10 gel colors to choose from which were mainly bright neon colors. I didnt want them of course. I took the 10 bucks she finally gave me back and gave it to the woman that tired her best with what she had. Just to show the owner it wasnt about the money. It was the principal. She began to act like I couldn't leave with any polish. Insisted that I just use regular polish which I do not use at all. I had to tell her several times that I just wanted to leave. She finally let me out my chair once I told her that it was illegal to keep me there against my will and that I was still leaving. Worst customer service ever. No real products in stock. Soap mixed with water at the sink with only one brush for everyone which I did not use. Never will I go back. Poor poor place of business."
"Lady seemed inexperienced with SNS powder gel. Quality of nail supplies was poor and my nails only lasted a week when they're supposed to last almost a month. Very disappointed, cheap but you get what you pay for. Cheap price cheap service. 3 nails cracked and one broken after one week. Will not be returning."
