"Zero stars. Employees are no help. All they do is stay on their phones at the Cashier’s station and offer no help, they just look at you like you have 4 heads. Just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s."
"I go there every day almost and buy all time in this branch ITC member, bad experience with supervisor name gio on 12/29/2023, very disrespectful and over confident with bad attitude. I dont know how hf hire such bad attitude supervisor toward customers. Long story short, i wanted to return some items but cashier processes less refund then what i paid without my consent. He was not confident to handle so he call his supervisor who was with bad attitude, rude and helpless. He lied to me that he is manager and laugh at me and refuse to give me my full refund for unopened items and used words " your money is waste" i feel i will never shop on HF again , after spending thousands of dollars you feel insulted when this gio supervisor no help you. Its terrible."
"Walked in and was asked if I needed assistance immediately. Found the obscure tool I was looking for immediately and it was 1/2 the price of the Lowes or Home Depot which didn’t have it in stock."

"Good place for cheap "disposable "tools. If you need something that works but maybe not forever or under harsh circumstances Harbor freight tools fit the bill. There was not a lot of customer support but the cash register guy was helpful and courteous."
