"Emily was rude! This is my 4th visit here and although the first 3 visits were amazing for a regular manicure and pedicure, Emily’s attitude made this experience horrible. She kept on walking away from doing my manicure, interacted with other customers and didn’t even wash her hands before returning to continue the work on my hands! She eventually got Cindy to do my nails. Cindy did a great job but I was extremely disappointed by Emily. Don’t bother with Emily, ask for anyone else even if there is a wait!"

"The nails are done really well and I’m waiting to see how long they’ll last for. When I asked them to just put the letter A (N for my friend) they were very confused and didn’t know what to do. After 10 minutes of explaining it to them they finally got it and it looks really nice. My only complaint was that my lady seemed very rushed and I didn’t get the back massage :( it’s what I look forward to the most!"
