"Very impressed with my experience with 9 Brothers Building Supply. I had ordered techo bloc pavers from them last summer. Smooth estimates, best prices (trust me, I called around) and very communicative and attentive staff. Very knowledgeable too. Stephen made excellent suggestions for stairs as well. This year, I ordered retaining wall pavers and caps. Excellent pricing and they were delivered the next day. I was WOW. But I made a mistake of misreading the tech specifications in the catalog and the caps I ordered were actually not the ones I had envisioned. But Stephen went out of his way and fixed what was my mistake. My new replacements were swapped out the next day. Great place, unbelievable customer service and overall great experience. And a very lovely back story and long family history for its name: 9 Brothers comes from Stephen’s grandfather who bought this place long time ago. He had 9 brothers. I had to ask. "To be honest I don’t know much about pavers as a fairly new home owner, so I did my homework I spoke to the professionals and even had a few contractors come by for some advice and pricing needles to say the climate I found my self in was about insane prices from contractors and ridiculous schedules so I decided to tackle it on my own out of frustration .. stopped at 9 brothers spoke to Flabio and Victor who gave me great advice and guidance, from the delivery guys that placed the material perfectly on my drive way to the guys i previously mentioned at the counter, great work we’ll be back to pick their brain for the next project"
