"Called to see what time they closed. They said 8:30. I told them what I needed and they said come now so i did. Calmed at 7 got there at 7:15. I walk in and no even lifts their head to greet me but I sit anyway. After 10mins they ask me what I need and I tell them and i also state that I called. They proceeded to tell me I didn't call and they only can do pedi no fill in. So I say again I just called. They say I didn't so I walk out. I call the number and and ask if I had the right place, tell .them what I want then they say come. I walk back and they locked the door and won't open it. Why tell me to come if u don't have time to do the service I asked for. Guess they thought I was gonna get one without the other. Place was hot and silent. No music or TV. I recommend going elsewhere. Customer service was trash and they looked me dead in the face and lied for no reasen. There's too many nail salons in Brooklyn. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"
"I had an horrible experience in this place! What ever you do don't allow the young guy with the blond hair do your nails! Smfh he didn't ask me how long I would like my nails he just started cutting away to the pink part of my nails SMFH He rush just to get back in his phone! before I left, I gave him a word of advice and told him "don't rush to do nails just to get back on your phone. Your phone is going nowhere""
