Beyond her prices being great, she’s very welcoming, very kind & caring, and does her best to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. When coming here know that you’re going to be leaving with some of the best nails you’ve ever gotten. If you really want some nice nails, ask her about designs and nail art. My first set from her lasted 6 weeks and still looked brand new besides being super grown out. As long as I’m in NY Philis will be my nail technician, so long as that’s okay with her! I look forward to my next visit."
