"Sold a iPhone 11 pro screen repair not informing the customer they were supplying a lcd incell display instead on an oled charged over $180 and didn't inform about the issues that come along with the incell display. Screen was bought from mobile sentrex and the screen had the backlight die which is completely under warranty for the aq7 lineup. Instead jerked the customer around. Instead the phone was brought to me where I replaced with the premium oled and told them I would minus the discount for the the incell screen warranty. $180 they charged for a $20 display and a 20 minute repair then refused to warranty. Also lied to the customer about water damage. Only good thing to say at least all the screws were there. Repair was done correctly by techpeopleservices"
"The tech was extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me after I had already been to Apple and AT&T and they couldn’t/wouldn’t help. I had been calling customer service lines for a couple weeks and struggling to link the phone to different computers. The tech completed it in about a half hour. Excellent customer service and work ethic. I also witnessed the interaction of another tech with two customers while I was in the store and can say the same for him. Both techs working in the Niagara Falls Blvd store were professional, efficient and excelled in building customer rapport. As a retail store manager I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone in need."
"Samsung Z3 flip phone needed screen protector replaced Made 3 trips and on the 3rd trip after keeping the phone for 6 hrs, was told cannot be done and needs the whole screen replaced. Youtube and $9.00 later, I did replace the screen protector flawlessly, in 15 min Why it took 6 hrs to even let me know, "cannot be done" is beyond me. Saved myself $432.00, cost of replacing the entire screen. Never again..."
