"This isn’t the first time I’ve been here and got serviced, however today was truly disappointing than any other day. Personally when I sit in the chair for nails or feet I ALWAYS discuss the price before hand so I know what to pay. Today I wanted a French Manicure long nail. Joile I think her name was (not too sure of the name) told me 70 dollars plus 5 to take off my old set. I said cool because I paid 70 for the last french new set. Fast forward she finished my nails and tells me that will be 85 dollars. I’m immediately taken back and tell her you told be 75 which she laughs off and says no 85. I then call the manger over to express to him before she started my nails she told me 75. I asked how did it jump an extra 10 dollars. She couldn’t explain it and the manger didn’t help and kept saying well she told you 85 dollars basically not believing a word I said. I gave the manger 80 dollars. The manger then said if you don’t pay the $5 more you will not be able to come back. I became frustrated and said “I no pay 5 dollar more” and it’s okay I will not be back. I had the $5 to give but its the principal and what I was told at the start of service. In the end it was her words against mine and he believed his co worker. In the end you guys should of a handle the situation better. Example: You could have said sorry for the confusion you can get $10 dollars off next service etc. You could have done more in helping the situation."

"This place gave me a foot fungus. I am so disappointed in the amount of money I have spent there only to eventually contact a foot fungus. I've always taken good care of my nails and feet started coming here a year ago and now I have fungus and athletes feet. I'm so hurt. My feet look terrible."

"I have done my nails other times in there and they change their prices how they want. I went this time and got filling on my own nail , without no color or coat at all, he didn’t even clean my nails properly and charged me $73 . When I asked them why did they charge me more this time because I did on my nails and also no color or coat at all , the guy said that they charge this price all the time and that is not true . Really disappointed and never going back again"

"Don’t waste your money. They don’t do a good job. Regular pedicures apparently do not include massage or cream. They don’t put cuticle softener or cut with clean tools. Please save yourself do not come here. A pedicure service is maximum 10 minutes. 32.99 plus tax and tip is a rip off. Don’t ask to have a foot scrub either."
