"Firstly, We love EVL and everything that it is including HV. We had a cabin for 14 years, and have been skiing there since I could borrow Mom and Dad's car to get there. We recently sold our cabin, as it was time for other investments. Listed with HV Realty and sold less than a month or so. We actually spear headed most of the sale. HVR collected their commission and we did not even get as much as a "Thank you" for using them. Regardless of the size of the commission cheque, a "Thank You" goes a long way and can ultimately determine repeat or recommended future business. We were left feeling unappreciated.
