"It’s nice and clean and comfortable. They even serve wine when I’ve been on the weekend’s. It does get super busy and crowded as they don’t do appointment’s but there are enough nail tech’s to keep the flow going and not a to long of a wait time. The only 2 issue’s I have are the price’s and duration of the nail’s. Even though the price’s are CLEARLY posted each tech makes thier own price’s and when asked for a break down can’t really say why the amount was totaled that way. For example my daughter got regular full set medium length nails no design or gel coating ( EVERY salon does UV gel included in the price or $5 extra these day’s ) and hee bill was $70!!! When I asked why she argued because of the length(B.S) ok fine base price $45 plus $5 for length. She said no $15 for length and extra $5 for color acrylic!! Noooo way I’m paying that seeing how hee last full set was $75 with 10 fingers designed. Ok begrudgingly lowered it to $55 after I pointed out there was no gel polish even applied. I got a g pedicure a regular gel pedicure and was charged $50!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done over 20 years and have no problem paying but for QUALITY work and quality PRODUCT’S. If I pay $110 for my nails they shouldn’t lift, break or ALL come of I’m not even 2 week’s. I’ve gone literally a month before a fill in and they STILL looked amazing and none chipped or lifted. I don’t think I’ll be going back unless I’m desperate or last minute situation ( which this was)."
