"Nick installed my furnace about five years ago, and did the inspections as well. I had an appointment for another inspection last week. He never showed up or called, despite my texting him to see if he was on his way or if something had come up. I haven't heard from him since. Prior to this, I appreciated his work and work ethic. I've rescheduled with someone else, and won't be contacting Nick again."

"If You need heating or A/C repair or service, I highly recommend Nick Hoyt. I called him at 9 this morning (Saturday), and he let me know he had a couple of calls before mine but that he would definitely get here today, and he was here by 11am. He repaired my central air including replacing broken parts and the total charge was very reasonable for a weekday, let alone the weekend!!. He was friendly and professional and provided all-around great service!"
