"This was my first-time using Block Advisors located in the Pittsford Plaza to prepare my Tax Return. Ms. Sean greeted me with a warm smile when I entered, and she had me fill out a general information form on a clipboard. While I was working on that, she took all of my tax documents and scanned them into the system, so Mr. Paul Lachapelle, Master Tax Advisor, could begin reviewing them before we met. Paul was very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure I received the highest possible return, based on my information. I also noticed he was very meticulous when making his calculations, and often double and triple checked his numbers for accuracy. He completed my return fairly quickly, and I was pleased with the results. He even provided me with a few tips to maximize my return for next year. The staff was kind and professional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
