"I will NEVER go thru JH again!!! They charged me $696 to do the basic tax return with dependents! When asked how much it was to file thru them Tim Clifford wouldn't give me a direct answer!! I called this man 3 times and he still hasn’t returned my calls!! Never in all my years of doing taxes was I charged that amount and when I got to the house and seen what I was charged I called immediately! Also I wasn’t even given my tax return and when I try to retrieve them on the website it says invalid information so where is my actual tax return? I will never refer anyone to these ppl nor will I be back next year!! If I could give ZERO stars I would"
