The property manager is amazing she so friendly and absolutely a sweetheart .. The staff here are awesome as well They're so helpful and if you need repairs done they always get done in a timely fashion they really make this place feel like home..Thank you for everything for making our dream come true."

"Eastpointe Apartments is a good place to live. I had good experiences living there. Yes, the rent went up, but you get what you pay for. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and there was no hassle when I moved out. If you can't get an apartment with Eastpointe, go to Sumatra."

I really thought things were going to head for the worst when this pandemic started as there has been a lot of financial struggles and I am someone who struggles with mental health/ptsd, so it is hard to be able to say out loud when I need help.
