"Make sure you specify how much each individual service will be because they will charge you without telling you and bless you in the head for an extra $40-$50 that you didn’t expect to pay. She started filing and cutting my toes before she even put water in the tub which shows me she was inexperienced because your toes are supposed to soak before anything. She only put one layer of pink polish, so you can still see my natural nail in the background. She also made my acrylic too big so it doesn’t match my natural toe which I originally asked for so I still have to file it when I get home . she was rushing a little bit as well. Was not satisfied for the amount she charged .also clipped so much skin off that my toe has been bleeding since I left ."

"Helen is my nail tech these days (she’s awesome), but I’ve been with jojo as well. Everyone here is amazing with nails and making your acrylics look natural. They also are boss with nail designs. I just show them a pic of what I want and it’s done! They have never said they can’t do something. I’ve also had my nails done by Vi and he does an amazing job too! They have an appointment system online. I’ve never had to wait to be seen. The facilities are clean and I’m in and out in an hour. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here"

"***Do not waste your time or money going to one of their VERY inexperienced workers expecting a job well done.*** A friend of mine suggested I come here for a simple powder set & a gel pedicure. Her nails always look so cute so I was excited to go. I left very disappointed(they were thick, my feet were not scrubbed, my toenails were not cut, & it just looked like I attempted to do my own nails). Also upset I spent $110 on such bad work. The secret that I didn’t know was that they have about 20 employees in this establishment & only 3 out of the 20 actually know what they're doing; And those 3 employees are "booked" for weeks. I was told to come back to get it all fixed, came back & the owner who was supposed to help fix them was not there lol so I requested they take everything off. So all in all I paid $110 to end up with nothing on my hands(due to their policy I could not be refunded). ***Again, do not waste your time or money going to one of their VERY inexperienced workers expecting a job well done.***"
