"Only one customer, this past Tues afternoon @ 1 pm, with two staff present. I've walked in many times when it was crowded for a pedicure. I was told I needed an apt. When I asked if I could wait, I was told to set an apt for later and come back later ... !?!?! I hobbles with a cane dealing with pain n came out bc of a Dr's apt. They were also rude. Never again bc I found a better set-up when forced to call my driver back n told him to take me to another saloon down the same street!"

"Ahhh. Let me start by saying this place is horrible. Besides tye fact that I got a pedicure that I paid an extra 15$ to have foot scrubbed ,my feet are actually Rafferty. Then i goto the nail technician who practically rushed shaping my nails. I asked for a vern skinny coffin ,she decided to give me pointy. Pointy which was actually a terrible job, my nails are big and bulky and disgusting looking and my feet are rougher than when I went in. Then she made a snide face when I ofcourse did not give tips because why would I. Actually horrible job. If I can rate lower I would. Waste of my time and 90 dollars. Absolutely upset when I left. They think because they're place looks decent they can overcharge and do whatever. I rather go to the hood whwre their nail skills are impeccable. Sad. Do not come here, rude, rushed and can not shape nails at all."

"Second time, second bad outcome. Unless the owner is doing your nails, it will not look good. Today I had gel done. The gel looked lumpy and the process was rushed. I showed the owner and she agreed it didn’t look good. She told me to stay and get another coat, which would be my FIFTH, or new color. I said no thanks. She didn’t minus any dollar amount. She just said I’ll fix it next time. I said no thanks. Not wasting my time or money again."

"6-20-22. I had an 11:30 am appointment. I arrived there at 11:29 am. I sat down, thinking it would be about a 5-7 minute wait ... based on the fact that the 3 (only!) technicians were doing other customers' nails. Well ... after sitting for 20 minutes AND ASKING TWICE why I had to wait since I had an appointment, the owner, Jess finally responded, and said harshly "you wait, we are very busy! ... I got right up and left!! I had been a customer there for 16 years and I always paid and tipped generously. I will never, ever go back!! I then went straight up the street to Top 2 nail salon ... (it's ALWAYS busy there, and today it was staffed with 6 technicians) -- and after a 10 minute wait, I got a gel manicure, a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I'm now all set for my oldest grand-daughter's High School graduation, in 2 days. Same prices ... and great service! :)"

"I come here to get pedicures. I do my nails myself or else I would probably get my nails done here as well. But as far as the pedicures go they are pretty thorough and regards to your nail care and I generally find that I'm in and out quickly. Which is something I really look forward to. I make appointments and I generally do not have to wait around a long time before I am actually being seated and the services being done. Everyone here is really nice and one thing I also really like is unlike some other pedicure or nail salons they do not force or have their hands out for a tip. Of course I will always tip but I don't like when people are standing over me hovering and waiting for me to give them a tip."
