But the last several times I went my nails didn’t hold up more than 4-5 days before they were cracking in the corner and they were not smooth on the surface. I made another appointment and showed them how bad my nails looked. The right thing would have been to discount my service at that appointment, but it was like they didn’t care, and that was the end for me!"

"Got tips done and they came out horrible. The lady made a couple of my nails crooked and the shaping of the nails were horrible as well. They layered my nails with the acrylic and put decorations in between the acrylic. So now I am unable to get anything else done to my nails when getting them filled except for using a solid color."
