"Called H&R Block on Payne abe. about a business return I needed done. They made an appointment for me and asked I drop off the info the day before. I met with the preparer whom asked me some questions and I explained the situation and told him what documents I had. He said not to worry he would look it over and take care of it. The next day I received a call from the manager requesting I pick up the return and stated the preparer could not handle this return. I told her that I spoke to him the day prior and she emphasized that he was a 76 year old man and not capable of doing so. I never would have guessed he was 76 and I am sorry for him that management thought he was too old to do his job. I would certainly not do business in a place that discriminates against employees based on their age"
