"DON'T EVER COME HERE FOR ANY REASON!!! THEY MESS YOUR TAXES UP, LOSE CHECKS, DON'T SEND TAXES IN ON THE DAY YOU FILE, WON'T RECTIFY ANY ISSUES THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE, EVEN WHEN GIVEN OVER A YEAR TO DO SO!! Two years ago I didn't cash my 1100$ tax check in the 3 months before it expired (bc I didn't know I only had 3 months to cash it, but that was my fault) so I went back to my Jackson hewitt, since it was a check written through them, they'd have to reissue it. No biggie right?? So now, over a year later- after them telling me they forgot about/lost it so I had to refile(Nov 2017), then said their receptionist was fired so I needed to come fill out more paperwork so I can get my check(Jan 2018), then in March 2018 they said I now needed further proof of my address in order to get my check- the exact same address on my license and that I've lived at for many years, then they started refusing to return my phone calls. Throughout this whole ordeal, I've had to CONSTANTLY call and hound them the entire way, they've blown me off, ducked my calls, avoided helping me in any real way. The man that's the main accountant there hasn't returned my calls once, hes always had his impotent receptionist deal w me, even when I clearly express that I'd prefer he call me himself so I can get this taken care of and over with. So after all this time I still have no check!!!! No one cares or returns my calls!!! There are so many better, cheaper, nicer, more professional tax places to go to within a 1 mile radius. This place doesnt deserve our patronage. The accountant here sucks and doesnt care if he costs you money!! Don't go here!!!! They will rob you blind!!! Please learn from my mistakes!!!"
