"We had a fire in our furnace and were fortunate that it was contained to just that. Mike and his team had a new furnace installed quickly and did an outstanding job. His crew was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them. We can’t thank them enough."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. From the moment i called I was greeted by a very professional woman that gave me a realistic expectation. Further, she said she would call my by 2pm if she couldn't get someone out to me today. At noon Mike called and said he was on his way. He was able to snake the drain and get it working normal again in no time. Thank god because we are about to have a house load of people. Would absolutely recommend this company!!!!"

"Called Hazelwood about an air conditioning issue. Made an appointment for a day and time, 9-10. The day came and the time came and went. They were a no show. Called them and was told they had an emergency call from someone else. Was then told they would be there at 2. The time came and went, another no show. Called them at 4 and was told they had tried to contact my to just say they weren't coming. I drove 100 miles to be there that day for that appointment. The girl that answered the phone could have cared less about how inconvenient this day was for me. Think twice before calling them. Customer service isn't a priority with them."

"Well pump was short cycling and not maintaining pressure at the tank. I cut power to the pump in order to prevent any damage that could result from the pump short cycling. Called Hazelwood Mechanical after hours, as it seems water issues only ever happen after hours. Their answering service took a message to relay to the technicians in the morning. They called me first thing the following morning and said they could come out immediately. They arrived promptly and quickly figured out the issue. The technician, Ethan, was friendly and excellent to work with. They offered two courses of action, one budget friendly and likely to fix the issue and and the other to completely replace the pump...not as budget friendly. We chose to completely replace the pump as we had no idea how long the current pump had been in place and to avoid a short term resolution. Overall, I would highly recommend Hazelwood Mechanical to anyone, based on my experience with them. I will be calling them again in the future to replace a water heater that is nearing the end of it's life cycle. Thank you Hazelwood Mechanical."

"I was in the hospital with my wife, and my Dad (who is a senior) was watching the house. He noticed the heater wasn’t working so I called Hazelwood Mechanicals. They got there pretty quick and flipped a tripped breaker for him. The heater started working. The price was $237.60. That included $120 “labor” fee with an $80 hour rate, $90 “helper” fee with a $60 hour rate, $10 trip fee, plus tax. The company charged me for an hour and half of work for a 15 minute job (roughly). I called and they dropped the helper fee but would not budge on the 1.5 hour rate. What I gathered is if you have a job that lasts less than an hour and half you will be getting charged that rate regardless, as per the manager I spoke with on the phone, as that is their starting rate apparently (although they have an hourly rate..). Would have been nice to see that advertised on their website if they had one. To note: I do not hold a membership with this organization."
