"I used PuroClean in Syracuse, NY. My spouse passed away in our house and was not found for a few days. (We did not live together). It was awful. After an initial issue with getting in touch with them, they came to the house promptly and assessed the issue, which involved bio hazard cleanup. They scheduled a time to come in with a dumpster, as most of the furniture and rug from that room had to be removed and thrown out. They also did some additional work for me moving more unwanted things from the house as the dumpster was there. From start to finish, they were very kind and helpful. Another company I called gave me an estimate thousands more than PuroClean, and it was because they were planning to do things completely unnecessary for the job. PuroClean disinfected the area and sprayed to get the smell out. I have been in pretty much daily since and there is no issue. But they said they would return and use some special machines to remove the air if necessary, but it wasn't. What I really appreciated is how kind and helpful they were. One of the crew who did not speak great English showed me his cell phone, where he had put a lovely message to me of condolence, then hugged me. I am very particular about doing a job correctly, and they did not disappoint."

"Tony the person who initially took my call was great. Within a half hour of my call the G.M. Jim M.was at our home to assess the flood damage. He was fantastic as he had a 4 person crew respond and start the cleanup of our basement. Jim had equipment that showed how much water damage was done and if any mold had started. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to dry out the basement. All crew members were respectful and went out their business. Hopefully,we won't have to use them for a flooded basement again but I would definitely recommend them and their services"
