"Called three times. First time was after office hours and they asked for my name and information and said someone from the office would call. 4-5 days later, no call so I decided to call back during office hours and they said they would have a technician call me back on figuring out details. No call after 2-3 days so I called back and when they tried to tell me the same thing-I hung up on them. They were recommended by a friend of my daughter's so I am very disappointed in this customer service and they have not even come to my house to do any work. Will not be trying to do any future business with them."
