"Great customer service, decent prices… but the results were a mess. I asked for an overlay w/ gel polish. Idk what she did but whatever they used it was still wet under the polish… my polish was still wet & started peeling the day after…. , there were also bubbles and wrinkles on my other fingers"

"Had 3 appointments for pedicures this past Sunday. We arrived only to be told they took walking and they were short handed. So our 3 appointments meant nothing. We have been going to Lotus for 4 years. Once a month for 3 pedicures. Well they just list ae customers."

"Very disappointed. I've had a pedicure there for years and there have been times where it wasn't that great but my last one was terrible. Asked for no leg message but did it anyway-had to stop her; asked that polish go up to the cuticle and not leave an empty spot-did not do it and when I pointed it out, she gave me an excuse as polish would go on my skin-so do a good job I told her in a nice way... As suspected, did a terrible job and she tried cleaning it and brushed off some of the polish after she already put the top coat, then she put polish on the top coat so it now looks lumpy and rippled and she had polish all over the cuticle and toes. It was obvious she didn't know what she was doing. I should not have paid for such a terrible job. She didn't even cut off the extra cuticle skin or push it up. Terrible. Terrible. The entire time she and her side partner where talking. It's not the language as I too speak a different language but the stopping and being distracted during the entire time. It was not enjoyable and very stressful. Not the relaxing experience nor a good job. I could have done it myself and it would have looked a billion times better. Came home and had to take all the polish off and fix my cuticles myself. What a waste of money. I do not plan on returning to this place. In addition, a customer came in wanting to just schedule an appt for the next day. They yelled across the room, since no one was up front, "closed, come back tomorrow". They were not closed; not taking in new customers that day but that is not what was asked. This happened a few times until they went up to talk to her. Customer said she only wanted to schedule an appt for tomorrow. They went back and forth a bit and customer wasn't going to have him talk to her that way and I guess they ended up scheduling. No reason to answer customers that way. It was definitely a turn off for me. If the owner reads this post, clean up the place, treat customers with respect and mostly hire staff that know how to do nails. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other places."

"I got a pedicure and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I don’t remember the woman’s name that I had but she made my experience very relaxing and not at all stressful and rough as some places do, and the polish application was very clean and well done. Definitely a go to place for a pedicure 10/10."
