The driver was passing in the middle turning lane, accelerating through a posted school zone and ran a red light endangering not just other drivers but children as well. Seriously? Whoever you are, you're not that important - just stupid."

"I had my fence installed about 5 years ago by them and they did a great job. However, I have called 3 times in the past 2 months to have 2 fence posts repaired. I left messages with the secretary, gave my information to her and was told I would get a call back. I have heard nothing!"

"I have been calling for 2 months about fence repairs and have not gotten a call back. The answering service will take the message and no one will even bother to call back. Now I'm stuck with a fence that no one will repair bc they didn't build it and no one will call back. Do not use them if they bother to do the fence they certainly will not bother to do any repairs."

"Terrible communication. Rude sales. They don't return calls but have no problem calling to come pick up a check. When you hire a fence company, youd think that you'll get someone who can help map out your fence, make recommendations, and be professional. You won't get any of that with Amherst fence. The only decent part was the installers who Amherst fence pays to do the work. They were professional, kind, and did nice work. ***2020 update: hired premier fence to put in a wood fence and fix the issues we had with the layout from Amherst fence. They were AMAZING. We finally have the entrance to the pool area in the spot originally planned on where Amherst screwed it all up***"

"They installed two gates for us a couple of years ago and the locks are not working on either of them. I have left multiple messages with the answering service and someone at the company as well as the salesman's voice mail. No one has returned my call. This is horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company."
