One time, I called them because they missed a spot, and they came back that day, didn't charge extra, and were very apologetic. It wasn't even that big of a deal. But this just goes to show how above and beyond they'll go for you. This is going to be a five-star company for as long as it’s operating. That I'm sure of."

"They confirmed via email and phone that they would be at my house from 8-9. The servicer never showed, I got a phone call three hours later saying they would arrive in an hour. I called back and they promised a discount… which was taking time off of the deep clean I asked for. Not professional."

"I made an appointment with them to come clean my house Friday May27th at 12PM. Nobody showed and when i called they said the person had an emergency. So i reschedule for Saturday and nobody showed up to clean again. They claim a second cleaner had an emergency the very next day. Two appointments neither appointment kept. Just plain ad client service."

"Absolutely atrocious, I couldn’t write a more worse review for this service. The only reason they are even getting 1 star is because it’s the lowest rating I can physically give. Besides the fact of them telling us (only minutes) before arrival that they would have to substitute out the workers coming and that they would be 6 hours late due having to come from another job (should’ve went with instinct and canceled right then and there, but we truly needed help getting the house in order but shame on me) when they finally did come it’s with 0 cleaning products. This was after being promised and assured they would have their own stuff, unless it was something specific we wanted but that wasn’t even the worst of it. The one thing they did show up with was some old dirty wired Brillo pad that I specifically told them not to use on anything other then the bathroom (which they barely cleaned anyway). I had supplied clothes and towels etc for our very expensive solid wood furniture that was a gift from our wedding. Of course, they did not listen I walked in on one of them using it on a mirror (WHAT? who cleans a mirror with a Brillo pad?) This was sadly only AFTER she completely destroyed and scratching every single piece of the solid wood furniture that we have had in great condition for years and she would’ve kept going if we didn’t stop her but sadly it was just too late once we noticed. Just absolutely terrible and we are sick to my stomach over the entire incident. You try to get some much needed help and the incompetence is truly disheartening, especially how expensive this service is and for the price, you think they would be more careful and experienced. We expected a lot better but totally blame ourselves for not just cancelling as soon as they showed up, so to hopefully save someone else from this heartbreak we had to write a review, especially after seeing so many positive ones for this company, which now I’m starting to think are only fake inflated reviews. STAY FAR AWAY!"
