"Outstanding! I HIGHLY recommend ServPro of Farmingdale/Massapequa! We had a flood in our basement so we called Dan at ServPro. They were able to come to us very quickly and did an amazing job with the cleanup/remediation - went through all of our contents to see what was compromised and what was salvageable; handled the haul away of all garbage (unsalvageable contents, carpeting, sheetrock, etc.); decontaminated the area/salvageable contents; set up about 12 industrial fans/dehumidifiers for the drying process, etc. ServPro also was great in helping us navigate the insurance process - they made sure they were there when the insurance adjuster came. When the storage POD was delivered they were there to help determine best location and then their team of awesome guys started boxing, labeling and moving all contents to the POD - there was a lot but they were so efficient with this process. At this point, I found out ServPro also does the repair work - I wasn't sure if this was a good idea but we decided to go with them. BEST DECISION EVER! We met with Bill and his team and they did an amazing job for us! Rob, Orlando, Stuart and the guys - top-notch, quality work - the basement looks awesome! They consistently went above and beyond - for example, they helped me return the bathroom vanity that arrived with a cracked sink. We have 3 cats and a dog and they made sure the door was closed when not in use so no animals ran out lol! "I would highly recommend this business to my neighbors in the area. We had a historical rain storm this past weekend and when I contacted Servpro they responded quickly. They set up fans and dehumidifiers in the area where I had water to dry up the space treated it, took off my moldings, and unfortunately my floor was damaged and their crew also removed my new flooring and carted it way. They left the equipment for 4 days and then came back to check and retrieve their equipment..I was very happy with their service. On a side note. The flooring I did have down which was two months old was suppose to be waterproof vinyl type of flooring to hold up if wet. It was not cheap flooring. I should have put tile but I did not think i was gonna have this water issue. Live and learn. Steve and Dan were the guys That I worked with at ServPro Famingdale/Massapequa. I believe their cost was more than fair. Steve really felt bad that my new floor was ruined from the water and he did right by me. I would definitely use them again .Hope this review helps someone."
