"Our basement was flooded, the walls were wet and the carpet was a soggy mess. We called Servpro on a Saturday, hoping someone would be in and Sunday morning Abdul came over to give us an estimate. Abdul was extremely professional, sincere and genuinely interested in helping us. He gave us a price and then made arrangements for a crew to do the work the next day. A Servpro truck pulled up right on time with James, Rich, Jose and their crew. For the next seven hours they worked with only a lunch break. Up and down the stairs they went, taking out the carpet, pieces of the wall and anything else destroyed by the water. Not once did I see any of them standing around. It was work, work, work and they got the job done in record time. About a dozen fans and dehumidifiers were set up and put in the optimal places. James and Rich consulted with my wife and I along the way, telling/showing us what they were doing - and pointing out minor problems along the way - so there were no surprises. Any question we had, James and Rich answered it without hesitation and in a way that we could understand. Four days later, they were back and removed the equipment and we settled the bill. Again, there were no surprises and everything looks good. By the way, they cleaned everything they did leaving things as clean as they could be given the circumstances Abdul, Rich, James and Jose were all great and a pleasure to deal with. It was a terrible thing having such an awful flood in our basement, but dealing with all these gentlemen made it as pleasant as it could be."
