"Disappointed with this experience. Called at 6:30 am for delivery of equipment. Did not drop off until after 11:00. Tried to use it at 12:30, but it had no charge. Had to charge it till 1:30 pm. Realized it could not be used for my job. Called at 2:00 to have picked up. I was still charged $100 + pick up and drop off fees ($163.13). Would understand the p/u and d/o charges but considering it couldn’t be used, which was not made clear when reserved, this is poor business practice and bad customer service. Will not rent again from here or recommend to others."
